Setting user information
Language and Country settings.
- The language determines the language in which the WorkVector pages will be displayed.
- The country defines in particular which holidays will be taken into account in the worksheet. (Agree with the manager if you want to state your personal or the country where the company is located.)
Work start time will be pre-filled by the first work of the day. This means that when you come to work (where you usually go regularly at the same time), WorkVector will use this time to complete the first job.
For example, you come to work at 8: 25am (as usual) and start working. At 9:45am write the first work. For example: "Call with Microsoft Office support".
WorkVector pre-fills the work form parameters from: 8: 25am to 9: 45am. (description and percentage will be left to you :))
Lunch break will be inserted into the assigned work. This means that when you enter work over the lunch time, WorkVector automatically cuts out lunch time.
For example, you go out to lunch with colleagues (as usual at regular times) at 11:45am.
Your lunch break is set to 11: 45am to 12: 20pm.
You will return from lunch at approx. 12:19pm and start working and at 1: 17pm you will enter your work: "Filling in the Excel spreadsheet for guidance" with 100%.WorkVector splits work into two!
The first will be from 9:46am to 11:45am and will have 50%.
The second will be 12: 21pm to 1: 17pm and will have 100% done. I.e. set to _Done? _
Information settings probably do not need to be discussed in detail. By checking, you choose to receive e-mail notifications about the event.
