Our story

During the difficult year 2020 in the Czech Republic, our founders decided to create an app that would allow seamless work from home and make it easier for managers to assign and supervise their work.

WorkVector was created by a team with a strong desire to make people's jobs easier and more productive. The entire team that created WorkVector was motivated by their own interest in making work easier. Together, their experience and knowledge created an app with the promise that your business can get the same benefits that WorkVector brings to us.

As a company that works on projects for various clients, we asked ourselves many questions such as, "How long did it realistically take us to work on this task?" or, "How do we estimate the duration of the project based on the team's velocity?" or, "How much time do we spend on non-profit activities?" or, "Did the plan match reality?" We had to explain to customers the legitimacy of the invoice amount, or transcribe tasks from our system to the clincher's system.
We first tried other applications for recording work, but we were not fully satisfied or the applications did not have the necessary features. So we decided to create a time tracking app that would have all the features we were missing and change the workflow for us and others. We created WorkVector and finally we could see, for example, how much time we really spent on a task. We can generate detailed work reports. We don't have to retype tasks over and over again into the client's scheduling system.

WorkVector focuses not only on the activities of a regular business, such as invoicing or employee efficiency. But also scheduling, event tracking and task organization. It also comes with many other benefits, such as reduced time in meetings or better workplace relationships by gaining insight into your own and others' work.
