Contents of the report

Each report contains a so-called summary, which displays some basic data:

Total days indicates the total number of days for which the report was generated. This is done by selecting the values ​​from and to in the form.

For example, selecting From: September 1, 2021, To: September 30, 2021 will display Days total 30.

Working days indicate the total number of working days in the selected period and the number of holidays. How working days and holidays are calculated is determined by the country setting in User Parameter Settings.

For example, when selecting From: September 1, 2021, Until: September 30, 2021 displays Business Days 21 (Holidays 1).

Theoretical working hours show the number of hours that a worker should work in a given period. As with working days, the number of holidays is also shown here, but in hours. When selecting multiple employees (ie "All" or "Employees only"), this value is the sum for all selected employees.

Example 1: when selecting From: September 1, 2021, To: September 30, 2021 and an employee with eight hours of work is displayed Theoretical working hours 168 (holidays 8)

Example 2: when selecting From: September 1, 2021, To: September 30, 2021, Employee: employees only (assuming 2 employees, both with eight hours) displays Theoretical working hours 336 (holidays 16)

Hours worked show the total number of hours worked for the selected period. It works similarly to the number of theoretical working hours, ie it displays the sum for more employees.

The report also contains an overview of the work performed, the specific form of display differs according to the selected type of report.
