List of projects

The list of projects is sorted by companies.

Under each company we see individual projects.

The Add button to the right of the company name adds a new project to the list. The button only appears if you have the right to add projects. For example, the owner of the main company or the administrator of the main account have this right.

You can also edit and delete projects. This is also governed by rights.

For example, a project manager can edit a project.

Delete project is only possible if it contains nothing.

Under the company, the projects are shown in the table.

Table columns and their meaning:

• Name: probably does not need to be disassembled
• Status: at what stage of your "life" is the project
  • In preparation: after creation, the project is in this state until the first work is done
  • Working: the first work on a task has been performed
  • Done: this state must be switched manually by the project manager
  • Blocked: it must be switched to this state manually by the project manager
  • Canceled: it must be switched to this state manually by the project manager
• Tasks: total number of tasks in the project
• Remaining: number of tasks in the project that remain to be completed
• Tasks: number of tasks in the error project
• Start of work: plan when work on the project will probably start
• Progress: what percentage of the project is done - calculated from the percentage of completion of all tasks in the project
• Activity: a small graph of how many events took place in the last 14 days on a specific day - each column is one day.
• Gears: open a popup menu with items (Show, Edit, Delete)
